For Microsoft and the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) we created a ground-breaking program for preparing industrial designers for the future. The workshop brought together the top 50 Industrial the top 50 Industrial Designers who left the event with a list of priorities they could act on today to ensure they remain competitive tomorrow.

We presented the Added Value Network of accountants with a blueprint for creating value in the future. By exploring the trends that will impact the way we work, live and play, AVN members were able to develop new products and services fast and better than the competition.

Adding Value to Your Customers

For InfoSpace Mobile we analysed what mobile operators and media companies consider their top priorities and discovered where the key market opportunities were hiding. The result was a framework for establishing the company as the leader in its market and a series of new value propositions to highlight its leadership position.

For Decru we created and executed a customized strategy for entering EMEA. Taking over the role of marketing director in EMEA, we worked with the team to write the launch plan for their security products throughout the region and establish the company as the leading brand in its space. In June 2005, Decru was acquired by NetApp for $270 million

Innovating Faster and Better Than the Competition

Working with Siegelgale we established a framework for developing new customer-centric products and services. By introducing the concept of customer loyalty, and the cost of customer defections, Siegelgale was able to engage in new ways of offering value to its own customers.

For AEA Technologies we designed a workshop to refocus the New Ventures team on how to innovate faster and better. The workshop, and subsequent interactions with various venture team leaders centred on how shifting from a product-centric to a customer-centric view of the world can speed the development and delivery of new products and services.

With numerous opportunities to grow the company, our workshop gave Optigen a set of underlying fundamentals to help its management team make the right choices moving forward.
